Dr. Strings Instrument Repair, LLC is owned and operated by Scott Terry in Augusta, Georgia. 

We specialize in high performance acoustic and electric guitar and bass set-ups and repairs, but also know our way around other (bluegrass) stringed instruments. We offer on-site service and maintenance for school guitar fleets, written guitar appraisals and teach the occasional one-off lesson. We are certified, licensed, insured and have decades of experience and currently enjoy a perfect 5-star rating on Google. 

We are available Monday through Thursday, by appointment only, for pick-ups/drop-offs and client consultations. While walk-ins aren’t accepted, same-day appointments are often available. Text is the fastest way to reach us. Please note calls are typically not returned on weekends, as we are also working musicians.
